Is a ticket a "criminal or quasi-criminal action or legal proceeding"

Did you plead guilty and pay the fine without appearing in court?

Did you get a lawyer to plead to a lesser (non moving violation) charge?

yes, pled guilty and paid fine without court appearance.. so does that mean it does not need to be covered?

its on my driving record which they will see so its not like im trying to hide it.  its that these tickets are hard to track down, and if i dont need to get hold of them i would rather not.

I reported my ticket on my app - did the same thing, paid fine and mailed it in.  I figured disclosure was the best course just in case someone got curious and looked up my driving record somehow someway.  Besides, I figured minor speeding tickets wouldn't mean much anyway.
