While I'm sure Case students who get high grades have opportunities that justify their expensive tuition, the same cannot be said for the average student. There is no way to predict your grades, so it's better to bet you'll be average.
That said, the scholarship at Cleveland State is likely to come with strings attached and there is no guarantee you'll keep it after first year. Even so, your 2L and 3L tuition would be HALF of what the tuition at Case would be if you are an Ohio resident. If you're not an Ohio resident, you need to look into how to obtain residency before you commit to attending Cleveland State.
