So I've been reading books like Ivey and surfing the forums for examples of really "stellar" personal statements. But most of these examples are from people with really interesting life stories and/or work experience. I, on the other hand, did not grow up poor or in a rural town, and I don't have any family drama like addict parents, etc.
What are the normal people writing about?
