sending the LORs and forms for it

hey all.
What is the address we must send out LOR to? like where should my professors and boss send my recommendations to for LSAC?
also, since im not sending it directly to school and using the general LSAC, are there any forms I must fill out to send with the LOR to LSAC? or is it just the LOR that i need to send?

The address is on top of the form that needs to be sent with your recommendation. I suggest you watch a demo on LOR on LSAC's site. It explains everything you need to know.
