For some reason I really really suck on Desktop Tower Defense - I can only manage to the seventh wave or so - the fast ones and the guys that split into two always get me.

you have to use the pellet towers to rout them through a maze.
if you do medium (2 waves of creaps) you can start by routing both to the top left corner.
