I would stay away from things that might make an adcom member uncomfortable, such as atheism. Anna Ivey touches on this subject in her book.

yeah, this is not quite the credited response


I would say if you think you can write a compelling PS about this topic, and it doesn't just come off as rambling complaints about organized religion, then go for it.

I'm just sayin', if it is something you feel you want/ need to write about don't make assumptions about what makes adcomms uncomfortable.

The appropriateness of Perpetua would probably depend on the tone of the writing.  When I used it, I (half playfully) thought the extra space made the words sort of resonate.

I've been dealing with a lot of moving stuff, plus this weird girl.  Long story.
