Full time work experience

Question...

The past two summers I have put all my time and effort into the family buisness, but I'm not an employee on the pay roll. I don't want law schools to think that all I did during the summer was a part time, non paid internship, but how do I let them know that I did actual work? Could I put it under full time employment even though I was never employed?

yes ... for sure this is full-time employment.  It doesn't matter if you were on the "payroll" ... you were making money for your family, which was? recycled back to you through your parents giving you money? ... which is kind of like them paying you.

Anyways, if you worked for the family business, I don't think anyone would dispute that you were in fact working.
