I've updated this list based on what we have so far. The date listed is the first date anyone reported getting a waiver; second batches for Sept LSAT-takers are reported in a separate list below. I'll keep updating as more come in, but please make my life as easy as possible: if you are the first to post about a school's fall '08 unsolicited fee waiver, include the following, on a line by itself at the beginning of your post, IN BOLD (that is, surrounded by tags like this: [ b ]INSERT WORDS HERE[ /b ], but removing the spaces)

School - Date (Format)

If the waiver you have received has already been reported but you believe that you are the first Sept LSAT person to receive it, please follow the above instructions but use bold AND italics rather than bold alone. Thanks!

For those reading the thread and wondering what people mean when they refer to a 'hidden' fee, see page 81 of this thread. These waivers are not listed here.

I got the W&M fee waiver too with a 169.

Everyone should put their LSAT score w/ their fee waiver announcement too so we know how inclusive the fee waivers are.  What was your score Man T Geo?

Probably since I did not get one at 164.

I got a fee waiver for the Fall of 07 along with an "possible, but act fast" offer of full tuition from University of Indiana-Bloomington because I have already graduated. (I was going to apply next cycle and chalk this one up to mistakes in applying for a psychology and law PhD).

Nebraska has one in 5 years and Arizona State has one in 7. Plus, most of the top schools (like t14) offer that. It depends from program to program. The people at Nebraska are really warm and friendly. :-p I just did much better than I planned on the LSAT. *guilty of thread hi-jack* Any more questions on what I've found, feel free to IM/PM me Polly. [Well, before Thursday/after next Tuesday... I'll be out of town in the middle there.]
