trying to figure out how much I need for CoL

I'm taking a full scholly and will have about $2.5K banked before summers end
No car, no phone, no tv, no internet, no child support etc.


I'm looking at ~$550 in rent for a minneapolis shithole apartment.  Books estimated at $800/sem.  Can I make it off just the 8.5K subsidized loan?
