getting an internship during Senior year
« on: July 05, 2007, 11:25:00 PM »
Hello,

I am currently a Senior at a 4 year liberal arts university, with intent to go to law school following my graduation. I want to get an internship in legal somewhere during the next semester, but am not sure how I can go about doing that.

My school's Career Board website doesn't having anything that would fit the bill.

Any advice?

Start looking up law firms in your area and asking them if they hire for college internships.  Also contact your local prosecutor's office and public defender's office as they often have internships for college students.
