Villanova and Richmond WL's
« on: June 30, 2007, 05:12:04 PM »
Hi everyone,

I had a 156 LSAT/3.3 GPA, and retook in June (the dean at Richmond sent out a letter encouraging waitlisted applicants to retake, and the dean at Nova said they'd put a hold on my application after I e-mailed HIM about it). My LSAT went up a whopping 1 point! I am more than a little disappointed.

Does anyone have any thoughts on a 157/3.3 applicant getting off the WL at Richmond or Villanova? I checked LSN and I know that it happens infrequently, but I wondered if anyone had any additional info?

Thanks :)

i doubt it.  I dont think retaking will be any good unless you raise it at least 3 points. i think the 159/160 is the next level...then 163....then 170 +/-3.  But you can always join me at PLS.

Thanks for the response, I think you are right about my retake score.

Jen, I think you should have no problem getting off the wait list at Villanova.  Villanova always takes the highest, and my friend had a 157/3.6 and they just got a call last week.
