All those extra boxes on applications

On every app there are tons of spaces that dont apply to me.  Should I write "Not Applicable" or "None" on all of them?  For example, I often see a question like Have you ever been to law school? then a check box.  Aftern that it asks to write where.  on the where should a write Not Applicable or just check the no and leave it blank.

This may sound strange but I know on the Wake instructions it says to not leave ANY space blank.  Thanks

I would write N/A on the Wake ones to make them happy, otherwise just leave it blank for the type you're describing.  Obviously if you check no, it doesn't apply.  If it's an open-ended question that has no yes/no option, I would write N/A or something like that.  Check app instructions, because some (at least one) say not to write "N/A" and to just leave it blank.
