My most recent letter was sent in on 9/7 and just appeared on the LSAC web site today. It wasn't there in the morning but was there in the evening.  Phew! What a relief! 

The rest of yours will appear soon, I imagine they're swamped!

OK, maybe this thread really IS lucky...

About 10 minutes after I posted, my former professor emailed me and said he sent his rec in last week. This was the same guy who said he'd write one at the beginning of August and who had not responded to numerous queries by me since that time.

Now let's hope this post uses its magic to give LSAC a kick in the butt...

they didnt @#!* me with timing-- b/c they processed my 2nd and 3rd LORs yesterday and then released my first three reports today  very considerate!

my LOR that was sent last weeek processed today.  i will most likely have my apps sent by the weekend, and possibly GULC tonight.

FWIW, I guess we can officially say LSAC is fully engulfed in application season. I've sent them emails in the past and usually I have received a real response within 24 hours.

Today I sent them a question regarding account updates and within two minutes I got this auto-response:

A representative will respond within 3 - 5 business days.  For immediate assistance, call 215-968-1001 (select 6 and then 0). Telephone representatives are available from 8:30 a.m. to 7. p.m. (ET) Monday - Friday.
