I was struggling over what loan to pick, but I finally found a site that made it a lot easier for me and thought I'd post it here in case anyone else might be able to use it.  It has a chart that breaks down how to compare various interest rate benefits for federal loans:

same concept as the previous post, but I think it has more info. also there is a link that lists a bunch of lenders and their discounts.

also try Simpletuition.com

However, keep in mind when using sites like simpletuition.com that the incentive programs may not always match the programs on the lender's website. I noticed this with the Bank Of America Stafford loan option.
