well, i applied to Penn and not NYU...so I'd say Penn.

i live in NYC...and i wanted to leave and i said the only way i'd stay here is if i got into columbia.  nyu's housing is too expensive for the amount of space you get so that would have diminished my QOL anyway.  plus, i just got a really good vibe from Penn and it was my first choice going into the cycle (even tho that changed with time).
