Me too but as for Chapman, it looks like they start making decisions around July 2nd.

Wow... good for you.  It's nice to have a date in mind of when things are going to start happening.

Darlinalexi: Are you just gonna wait out the waitlist until school starts or do you have a deadline date that if you don't hear by then you are going somewhere else/sitting out for a year?

I have a tentative deadline of July 16th or I will sit out a year.  It kills me to set a deadline, but I live in Florida, and I can't reasonably move across country in less time than that (especially on EXTREMELY limited means).  Of course, that is not to say that if I get a call on the 17th that I'll say no...


How about yourself?  If you get into Chapman will you still wait on Southwestern?

Well I live in Arizona so I can move a little easier than you can to California, so I think I'll wait it out as long as possible.  Southwestern is my top choice so if I got into Chapman I'd wait and see what/if I heard from Southwestern.  I don't know, hopefully it won't resort to that and Southwestern will let me know SOON!

Nope. Nothing here either. Alcohol tends to make this process a little more soothing however. hahaha

I talked to someone at Chapman today and she said that some students have already been taken off the waitlist, some accepted and some rejected, but to be patient.

That's so much easier said then done..ugh
