Rutgers N vs. George Mason

I am accepted at GMU and RU-N (with scholarship money and in-state).  I would like to practice in the NY area although I hear great things about DC and will have an open mind if I head down the coast.

IP is my specialty (based on work experience to date).

Is this a clear win for GMU?  Based on rankings I would say yes, but because of the hassle of moving down to DC (and the vast difference in expense) I would like to get additional input.

I say unless money is an extremely significant issue definitely GMU. Don't sweat about the bar... NY is probably one of the most popular bar exams for DC students. GMU is in Northern Virginia so housing won't nearly be as expensive as living in the city but easy commute to enjoy the perks of DC ...personally it wouldn't be a question in my mind, although GMU has a reputation for being pretty conservative...and I'm a bleeding heart liberal so that would be the only factor for me :)
