In comparison from what I saw on craigslist on-campus housing is way too expensive, but being from out of town and renting sight-unseen, it's the best bet.

I'm going to Brandeis next year too. UNC grad. Moving to Louisville from Durham  on July 18. My wife and I bought a house in Clifton, near the North End Cafe.

School's fast approaching.
