Email from Villanova regarding a 2nd deposit and waitlist Activity?

One of my friends got a call from them today and was accepted off of the wait list.  They have until July 10 to decide.  Anyone else hear anything?

I would think there would be some major movement after the seat depoosit, so hopefully this thread will be very active in the next couple of weeks.

Yeah, from what I have seen on past threads and heard from others, it seems as though every year in early to mid July Villanova accepts a bunch of people from the wait list.  They also said in their email that they were going to determine availability in mid-July, which is why I was surprised that my friend got a call so soon.  Oh well, hopefully the fact that they went to the wait list this early means that they have lots of spots to fill!

Saria, would you mind diclosing what your friend got on the LSAT (if you know and feel comfortable)?  My friend had a 157.  I am just trying to get a gauge on how they are picking people from the wait list.  They specifically said in the letter that it is  not ranked, but I feel like it might be sorta-ranked according to LSAT.  Thoughts?
