All of this positive talk is BS. There's no reason why being an outed part of society should be applauded.  You are an abomination and should be treated as such.  Placed in chains and hung before the citizens of this country instead of admitted to elite colleges and universities.

You should burn like the small pieces of firewood you share your colloquial label with.

What an ignorant, disgusting, hateful post.  Who gave you the right to pass judgment unto others?  Who in this world do you think you are to call someone an abomination?  What ideology do you follow that gives you leave to say this, certainly not Christian.

I cannot fathom such a ... a draconian response.  We are supposed to live in a modern society where all are equal, and then I am reminded that people like you exist and I see we still have a long way to go.

Ignore him, and he'll go away.

I'm just sticking up for our values.  Homosexuality is an abomination.  Didn't anyone see the segment on O'Reilly last night about the droves of roaming lesbian gangs packing pink pistols and causing havoc in our major cities.  They have turned violent.  They are waging a war against our society.  If we do not stand up for what our values are, we run the risk of having our entire society fall apart.  You can call me hateful, but I am just risk averse.

You all must realize the dangers that these folks put us in.  Do something about it.  Stop playing the cherade... haha oh you're like that... Cool I love HGTV.  You rock!

Homosexuality is perfectly fine and people should stop making such a big deal about it.

With all the false arguments, relying on Bill O'Reilly, and projecting their own values as 'our values' I think we may have a winner..

$40 that it's actually Jerry Falwell's poltergeist, possessing Pat Robertson, wearing an Ann Coulter suit.

What I love about righties and fundies is, if you look at US History over the last 100 years or so, they're always on the wrong side.  Inter-racial marriage used to be a huge taboo.  Now it's largely accepted, and those who still refuse to are properly written off as bigoted idiots.  The gay marriage debate, I feel, is going to be similar.  In 50 years or so, our children will find it laughable that this was ever such a major issue to some.  I wonder how that must feel, being on the wrong side of history.  But seeing as most fundies have a 3rd grader's grasp of US History (for instance, my favorite: the Founding Fathers were very religious!  Franklin?  Jefferson?  Hello?), the question seems largely academic.  Of course, I am a gay-friend-having, wine drinking, French loving, Scandinavian socialism admiring, Brecht reading, punk music listening, west coast liberal.  So I guess I'll be seeing everyone else in this thread sans Myshkin in hell.  Ought to be a "hell" of a party! ;)
