SUNKEN TREASURE LAW

Spain is suing a US Firm
over their recent recovery of a HUGE stash of dubloons from a shipwreck somewhere in the Atlantic. They are being represented by Covington (who have represented them previously).
Anyone else really want to work for Covington and practice shipwreck-law now? Is it bad form to go into court dressed like a pirate?

Why don't they just get John Edwards to represent them ... some of the money from the treasure is headed his way.
