It does apply to grad students.  I just graduated FSU ug, and they told me that I would still be considered a NEW student for law (I wasn't admitted though) so I would have to buy insurance.

I love it, but that is mostly because of the people...

The town is good for a couple years, but it gets highly boring fast.


We always had cool people visit though.  Michael Moore, Spike Lee, and Anthony Rapp were all people I worked on.  We just get some cool opportunities being such a large school...


But with any school, I do get it's many flaws too.
