I don't see what difference it makes if she's posed nude or not. If you won't work with a woman because she's posed nude, I suggest you crawl back into whatever hole you've been in for the last oh, 100 years. Thanks.
The difference is, as i stated repeatedly...is that it could potentially cost me clients. End of story right there. I mean if youre plannin on opening up your own little firm doing DUI/possession/other criminal cases where someone like her may be some sort of novelty and attract customers, go right ahead. I know in my firm, that if one of our fortune 500 clients saw that one of the junior associates made a nude video and put it online because "she wanted to do something crazy before doing the lawyer thing"...they would move on to another firm. Simple as that. I dont know why i keep repeating myself and dont really care anymore.
