Has she committed a crime? No. She could do porn and still be a lawyer If i was a client, i wouldnt hire her or the firm/organization she worked for - thats for damn sure. Why not? Would your wife beat you when you came home after late night meetings? I would think that if you were running a firm, you'd be mainly concerned about the competence of your legal counsel, not their private life.

slut bags
That's cool how you referenced a case.
I'm so far from the end of my tether right now that I reckon I could knit myself some socks with the slack.

Whether its true or not (her classiness, or as I put it, her slut-bag factor) is irrelevant to me. Therefore, if i were hiring, id just pass her resume by and move onto the next 100 or so resumes from Brooklyn/Cardozo/Fordham/NYU/Columbia/etc...etc...who havent posed nude on the internet yet.
I don't see what difference it makes if she's posed nude or not. If you won't work with a woman because she's posed nude, I suggest you crawl back into whatever hole you've been in for the last oh, 100 years. Thanks.

Thanks. The difference is, as i stated repeatedly...is that it could potentially cost me clients. End of story right there. I mean if youre plannin on opening up your own little firm doing DUI/possession/other criminal cases where someone like her may be some sort of novelty and attract customers, go right ahead. I know in my firm, that if one of our fortune 500 clients saw that one of the junior associates made a nude video and put it online because "she wanted to do something crazy before doing the lawyer thing"...they would move on to another firm. Simple as that. I dont know why i keep repeating myself and dont really care anymore.
