There is hope people!! I just received two (2) identical emails:Dear Customer,Thank you for choosing Lenovo!All or part of your order has shipped. In some instances your order may be shipped from more than one location, which will result in multiple notifications. You will only be invoiced for products that have shipped.BLAH BLAH BLAH...I wonder if its really true or if its another "glitch" in their system. My credit card has not yet been charged yet. I ALSO JUST CHECKED THE ORDER STATUS ON THE LENOVO SITE AND IT STILL HAS 8/31 FOR SHIP DATE

I sent Lenovo a letter laying out my situation and explaining my frustration. If they are this unhelpful when I'm trying to buy something from them, I can't imagine they will be of much use when I need repairs or technical help.
is this a problem with just the Tseries or with the Xseries as well?
