We're not accepting this CHANGE UP in the rules. Period. American presidents have been in the bed with organized crime, corporate pilferers, and the like for years. And all u want to put on this man is that his pastor said "Gotdamn America?" Hell, America.U got off pretty damn well, if you ask me...

Yup.  This is NY.  I've seen tighter and brighter on straight guys, though it's more of a high schooler thing. Actually, didn't Lacoste post video a few months back of a couple of BKers glorifying the trend?

there's a good chance that it's NYC...but i don't see dudes walking around on the street like that.  i'm betting that they are 'bout to go to the club.  they prolly fancy themselves as a shotta.

i would rock the elmo pouch.
It is easy to change the language of oppression without changing the sociopolitical situation of its victims.

This is the vid: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qs6u3at4jTw

I never stopped to categorize it, but if pressed I'd call it the hip-hop redefinition of the punk/emo look.  I'm mostly just waiting for someone to bring back acid wash.  Then it'll get really amusing.
