They did this last year... he calls again regardless of whether you had the first interview and basically just makes sure you're still interested before making an offer. So, if you got this, congratulations. You're almost certainly in.

That's what they told us the first time around :D.  I wouldn't be so optimistic about my chances or pessimistic about your own... it has only been a week since May 1.

Haha, that's true... but still.

I'll back off & put your chances at 95%.

And was it the exact same email as the last time around or did he spice it up for you?

anyone on the harvard waitlist get the phone call email today?? I recieved my waitlist letter Friday and the phone call email today. Weird.

I got it too.

Also notice on his LSN page that I predicted this 3 months ago (have to cheer myself up somehow after not getting one of these emails)... He used to have his numbers up and, although I forget them, they are far better than anyone who hasn't gotten in since the advent of LSN.

I'm starting to feel foolish continuing to be optimistic as I have to move down each rung of this process... but let's go WL round 2, it's going to be a winner.

Also did you who've gotten the emails send in LOCIs or any other additional material with your WL response forms.

No, I actually haven't even had a chance to send my waitlist form back in.
Attending: Harvard!!!!!

Considering: UVA, Chicago, Columbia

Different from the first e-mail but not personalized or anything.  Pretty sure it looks exactly the same as vandy07's.

I did, but I am pretty sure they haven't received it yet (mailed on Friday).

Saw dashrashi's LSN site. Since she seems to use profanity, one could say that HYP does not necessarily mean class or refinement.
