I'm sending a letter of continued interest to a school that has waitlisted me. Any thoughts on the merits of email vs. snail mail vs. faxing would be greatly appreciated.

Call the school and see how they prefer to accept documents. If electronic, do so and follow with a paper copy. If not, just mail it.
