I don't understand your question...
Do you mean, how do you decline admissions? or if you're at decision, when will you know?
The consensus on the boards seems to be that if you're at the "the committee has come to a decision..." yadda yadda, and you see a link to the admitted students section of the website, then you're in.

I don't want to be harsh, but if you have not gotten an e-mail telling you that "they just couldn't wait to tell you", then I doubt you are in.

Just curious Chad! Did you get an email regarding your "Reserve" at Cornell? or was it via mail? Thanks!

Just went to decistion and no link, so I'm expecting at best a reserve notice.
don't know whether to feel down or not since I really liked USC and LA.

don't feel bad, cornell is SO slow...

i got in way back in feb, and they only recently sent me a fin aid notice....no $$$ at all, see, that woudln't piss me off if they didn't send me an email a few weeks ago saying that i was being considered for merit aid (i guess they considered me unworthy.)

thanks alma mater! at least now i can go to penn with a clean slate.

add another one to the status checker now saying a decision's been made, but no email and no access to the admitted students site. clicking on it just redirects me to the status checker again. and so it goes.

heading to alaska on wednesday so i'll have the roomates checking snailmail for me. good luck to anyone still waiting to hear... lawboundlady, you hear something yet?

Not a word :( They sent me a deadline/fee waiver awhile back. They never even told me I went complete. I emailed to check on it after a few weeks and threw in a your my first choice right now so please accept me deal. They responsed with a generic it was added to your file. They really just act like I don't exisit :( lol Part of me thinks they threw out my application.

I finally went to decision, too, after 4+ months complete, with no link to admitted student site.  I think they decided just to chuck those of us they never got around to!
