question about LSDAS transcript summary report

i see a field for "complete date" that is not filled in.  does this mean they think i have transcripts to send in still?  Mine are all in.  does anyone else not have this filled in?

for anyone who cares, i heard back and they said complete date gets filled when the first LS report request is filed, which seems illogical, but there you  have it.
