Outlining Programs
« on: April 23, 2007, 01:02:03 PM »
Do you plan to use a special program for creating your outline or just to use Word? Word can be a bit fussy (in my experience) when you try to insert bullets/numbers but I don't have experience using anything else. Maybe I'm just not using Word right (?)

Penny for your thoughts.

I use MS Word, or OneNote then copy into word. I don't know if they fixed the printing iuuses in One Note 2007, but old one note printed really small. OneNote is great for outlining though, no MS Word problems with formating.

This is software you buy? Is it hard to learn how to use?

you buy it - it is about $50 (education discount).

It is FABULOUS.  Absolutely fabulous.  None of the weird formatting issues from word.  Just place your curser and type.

Microsoft used to offer a free trial of it - I'd google around and see if you can find that.

Pen and paper.  Prestijus?

Pencil and paper. More prestijus? (I hate pens.)
I can't believe these obnoxious Michigan students, who use the board not to share information, but to socialize (as pathetic as that is)
