I have Weinreb from Criminal, and one of the required texts is Weinreb, Leading Constitutional Cases on Criminal Justice (2007 ed), in addition to his regular text. Now, the 2007 ed. costs probably $60 but you can get an addition from 2006 for like $20 maybe $3 for 2005. Do you think it would make that much difference? Could I get the cheaper edition and maybe borrow a friends if there are some different cases, or would it be totally different?I had a few friends try this stuff. It's hard to know w/o the books in front of me. The main challenge is not missing cases or different notes but different pagination. It got frustrating to some when assignments are just given by # and not by case name. I wouldn't sweat it, it's probably minor.

Saw dashrashi's LSN site. Since she seems to use profanity, one could say that HYP does not necessarily mean class or refinement.
