I'm pretty sure IMHO is "In My Humble Opinion."

Also, HTH is traditionally meant as sarcasm.

HTH seems to be used both for sarcastic and straightforward reasons, but, regardless, it is an acronym  :) [Personally, I only use it in a straightforward manner]

IMHO can be defined both as "In my honest opinion" and "In my humble opinion"; "In my honest opinion" usage is older; "In my humble opinion" seems to be somewhat more widespread. I'll update the definition to include both though!

Now, the question is: how do we actually capitalize on our hard work and get this thing stickied, for the benefit of everyone!?!  ???

I saw those in the other thread, but I haven't actually seen anybody use those!
It's old-school! ;)

I think it is important that we restrict this definitional guide to acronyms that have been actively used (by more than a single user or a few outliers) in the LSD community within the last 12 months, and not in the context of an acronym thread!  ;D

Obviously, this is a slippery definition - what definition isn't? But we want to keep this guide tightly focused on the LSD environment, rather than the web-at-large environment (where there are many many many more acronyms, e.g. n00b)

Having said that, maybe I'm missing a huge chunk of acronyms. When I did my 'research' (if you can call reading some LSD threads over a few hours 'research') I didn't really delve into the off-topic boards. If I have the time today, I'll do that to try and verify these acronyms and offer others: perhaps OP, you can do the same?

Keep in mind, we still need to get this list posted once it is done!

That's what I'm trying to tell you, n00bs.

GAK
BAFF
GTQ

These terms are MORE common than almost anything beyond TITCR and T14.  Particularly this time of the cycle, when people are done talking about all the vagaries of law school and just want to go there already.
