To me, it's not about money. It's all about having something that you care about, something passionate to make your days and nights have meaning.

Now, it would certainly be awesome to pay the bills with what you love. But not everyone can do that.

oh money so matters.  as a trust fund baby i made sure i married another.  that way if we want to move through life doing f@ck-all we can. it's nice.  most of the well-to-do women we know usually go through the idealistic phase or the jock-boy phase but all invariably end up marrying a wealthy dude.  at heart a girl wants a stable home in which to nest.

as I fellow "trust-fund" kid, I realize the importance of finances - but I also know that I can provide myself (via Daddy's money) with a stable home. This has made me have more option when dating, with the man's money mattering less.

Hold your horses, honey. Maybe the girls you know, but not all of them.

never said all my friend.  but the majority of women want a stable, comfortable place in which to raise a family.  it's biology.

That I won't contest. I just thought your previous statement seemed a little too all-ish to me.

Biology's got a helluva lot of complex variants and we all owe a little something to that.

Instability breeds the most loving and entertaining families.

IMHO.

I like you!
