I have this one, and it is great!  It's really big, I'll admit it, but it's also really well-designed and padded and has a million pockets.  I'll be able to fit everything I need in it easily, and the weight distribution is very good, so that it's comfortable.

Some of the companies above (crumpler, sfbags, etc) have 'manly' bags too.  You just have to explore a little.

Seriously, I feel like all I can find are manly bags.  Try Tom Bihn, too.
