Colorado Waitlist

Has anyone gotten waitlisted at Colorado recently?  I'm looking at the response card right now and I'm wondering if the "No. 1" written in the top left corner has any significance.  Is anyone's card different?

Maybe I'm just being overly hopeful.

No idea, but if I were you I'd be all over that $1,000,000 scholarship to Fordham

Hi,

I was waitlisted too.  I have a No. 1 on my card too and the letter that came with it said the waitlist is not ranked.

Anyway, I'm taking myself off the waitlist so there's one less person on it!

I got waitlisted there today. I am really hoping to get off the waitlist too. I know their first deposit is due tomorrow, I wonder if I should send a LOCI asap??

no, that was in regards to my LSN profile and my fordham "scholarship."  i'm going to wait it out for colorado.

Well it has been a week now, any more word from Colorado? In the letter it says that they may not decide until the day of orientation. That is scary. But I guess if you are willing to hold out until then you will probably get in!

Bad news - I sent a LOCI to Boulder admissions last week then placed a follow up call on Thursday to make sure they received it.  They in fact got the letter, but when I asked the woman at the admissions office if there was anything else I could do, she said just wait it out and that she believes they will not even start looking at or consider waitlisted students until the end of May :(

So for now it looks like I'm heading to Denver, which I'm happy about.

That is so frustrating. I have to stay in Colorado, so I guess I will wait it out. But I haven't heard from Denver yet. I don't know why they are taking so long but it is really making me nervous!!! I submitted my app there in January.

Well I guess we will all wait. Maybe if we keep calling they will review the waitlists sooner! haha, yeah right.
