CLEO Attitude is Essential Summer Conference

Just got a flyer in the mail about the three-day conference being held in ATL/LA this summer.  Was wondering if any other 0Ls were planning to attend or if any law students/alums have ever been.  It sounds interesting, though I'm not sure how much you can really learn about law school in such a short amount of time.  Then again, I suppose it couldn't hurt.  Besides, the idea of a free hotel, meals, and a travel stipend makes it worth looking into.  If you know anything about the program, please let me know.  Thanks.

I'm definitely gonna apply.  I did ASAP last year and found it to be pretty helpful.  If nothing else, it'll give you networking opportunities and access to CLEO's various programs throughout law school.  I think I might do the LA one and stop working right before then.

Hey! I applied to this too, just heard back yesterday! Anyone else get positive results? I'm thinking I will be attending the one in Atlanta, but I still have to search for the cheapest plane ticket.

I applied to the 6 Week Summer Institute. If I am unable to be accpeted into that program then I plan on attending the 3 Day in Atlanta. It is a wonderful program from what I ahve heard and there are plenty of network opportunities with your fellows peers from various shcools across the nation. I am excited that it is almost that time!!!

Congrats!  I didn't realise people were getting accepted already!  I was gonna wait until after I had finalised which school I will be attending to apply, but maybe I should just go ahead now.  I want to attend the program in LA, because I did ASAP in Atlanta last year.

All you have to do is go onto their website and download the app and apply. I think its due May 1st
