I actually live in the tower, and the size of the rooms are actually quite comfortable. You have to see them in person. I have a 1 bedroom, but my friends who have studios are all pretty happy with it.
I suggest putting your deposit down for the tower ASAP because it fills up quickly, if you are interested. good luck.
