LSAT and GPA reporting

I have heard that schools are only required to report the LSAT and the GPA for the incoming fall classes.(this would only apply to schools with fall AND spring enrollments) Thus, being more open to allowing a class with lower numbers to enter in the Spring. Is this true?

probably--I know that is the way it works with evening programs.  which schools have spring starts?

Supposedly Baylor does this with their Spring and Summer starts.  They got a lot of flak for it the other year because they jumped to 51 on USNWR without reporting those stats.
