I also received one today and since I was intending to apply anyway the fee waiver is appreciated.
I never did get one from Michigan though.

I do not look down on Columbia for giving fee waivers, and really appreciate being able to save $70.  But in comparison to the package that Michigan sent, this was pretty stolid.
