The search button wasn't getting enough exercise so Andrew took it to live on a farm in rural New Hampshire.

that's what my dad told me when my search button died when i was a kid  :(

Your search button lived a long and happy life out on the farm, I'm sure.

I sincerely hope it wasn't removed for good.  Largely defeats the purpose of a message forum if you can't search.

go to www.google.com

click on Advanced Search

in the Domain field select ONLY and then type lawschooldiscussion.org

search for whatever.

For example:

http://www.google.com/search?as_q=harvard+asw&hl=en&num=10&btnG=Google+Search&as_epq=&as_oq=&as_eq=&lr=&as_ft=i&as_filetype=&as_qdr=all&as_nlo=&as_nhi=&as_occt=any&as_dt=i&as_sitesearch=lawschooldiscussion.org&as_rights=&safe=off

What would we do without you?

Or, you can search

"harvard 2.5 155 site:lawschooldiscussion.org"

Keeps you from having to go to the advanced page.
Juicy: UChicago

It sounds so reasonable when you say it.

That's awesome!  I love you all.

While we're on the topic, what other tricks are there with google?  What do you mean by you use the "define:" modifier?

google text rocks

(ie, text "good vibrations san francisco" to GOOGL (46645) and you get the address and phone number within 5 seconds. You can also get directions and stuff. I haven't gotten sports scores to work yet.)

Yeah, google text I've been using for a year.  It's sooo money.

That would be REALLY valuable right now at work.  All the sports pages are blocked.  Does anybody know how I could see scores?

I know it's harder to get some scores due to naming, but for the Yankees I just type: Yankees score and it works like a charm.

Have you gotten spring training scores? I was just mesing around yesterday, and  tried to get the padres score, and it sent me the score from march 3rd.

I haven't tried Spring Training scores.  I'll give it a try next time the Yanks are playing.
