3 Rejections in the last 4 days, OMG Kill Self?

I'm planning on folding up a paper Napoleon hat and sword and going to stand in the middle of the biggest common area I can find in my most disheartening rejection school so that I can shout unintelligibily at the 1Ls who stole my seat. Hopefully there will be a fountain I can stand in and splash about...

I can't believe you didn't apply to Iowa.

Kicking ass there for a year (top 15%) would give you T14 options.  And if not, in state tuition and a solid school.

Rejections are good, it means you know you didn't miss out on an opportunity. If you only got acceptances, you'd feel like you didn't apply everywhere you should have. It only takes 1 acceptance to make you an attorney.

2) If I do go to Iowa, and transfers don't work out then I am stuck in a school with applicability to the midwest only. And @#!* that noise.

I once had three rejections in a 7-day span.  Depressing, yes, but then go to a law school that did accept you, do well, land a nice job, and then you can frame those rejections and have the last laugh.

Or you can just throw the dings in a fire, sure.

With all the stress, time, energy, and money I've invested into the 2008 cycle, I don't think I could wait a year to start school.  And I never want to see anything LSAT-related ever again.  I'd rather go to one of the lower T2 schools that has accepted me, stress in law school rather than out of school, kick butt to get stellar grades, then attempt to transfer into a T1 school.
