How to withdraw from Wake?

I'm trying to be good about withdrawing from schools I won't go do. I've withdrawm from most of these, but I can't find any paperwork for withdrawing from Wake Forest. Anybody know?

Someone pls expatiate on this. I need some help in withdrawing from a bunch of schools too. Do you just lay it out cold turkey or you do them just like they do us; Sweet nothings for about 5 lines and then bam!

Yeah, it's not like they can refuse your request.  "OH NO HE DOESNT, HE IS GOING TO WAKE"

Yeah, I don't get why every school doesn't just include a form with yes and no checkboxes along with the acceptance package. I was fairly blunt (basically said what CamelMan said to say: I won't be attending, does this e-mail suffice) and they sent me back a thank you for letting them know and wished me good luck in my future career.

send one mass-email to all of the schools at once saying this:

I would like to withdraw my application from your school.
