Withdrawing from UVA

I have narrowed my choices and started withdrawing from schools. However, UVA only offers an acceptance card to mail in.
Has anyone else withdrawn? Do you think a simple email will suffice?

Something along the lines of I regretfully decline my offer of admissions and hereby withdraw from the class of 2010?

Does anyone know if there is some online form for doing this?

Yeah,

I just emailed the admissions office with a nice 2 paragraph email thanking them for everything, but that unfortunately, I had decided to attend school x.
