That clerkship gunner was the effing worst.  How are you going to ask UMich profs if a con law paper written in ug is good enough for a SCOTUS clerkship???

There were quite a few instances of "Did you guys know each other before you got here?"  and then we'd look at each other and tell the person akwardsly "Um....well...kinda sorta. It's a long story."

Now that I'm in A2, I'm thinking about attending some of the panels I missed this weekend.

I would; I'm still pissed that I missed that alum panel.

Just wondering, though, not to kill the UMich lovefest here or anything, but was there anything you guys didn't like about UMich or the ASW during the visit? (besides the 0L clerkship gunner)

Has anyone ever asked the awkward LSD question and had someone look at them funny and just say "What the hell are you talking about?"  THAT would be funny.

There are A LOT of undergrads.  That sorta threw me.  But seriously, there was a whole lot to love . . . some ridiculous figure (80%?) of people who attend a Michigan ASW, according to the school, opt to enroll.

Umm, I think MCB didn't like that you can smoke in bars . . . and Contiki thought the hockey fans could've been more enthusiastic.  And we all didn't like that the downstairs room of one of the clubs some of us went to on Friday was one of the hottest rooms ever.

but honestly, there wasn't much to not like about Mich.  Sure you may like somewhere else more (a la sillyberry) but i don't think that ppl actively dislike Mich.

Hmmm, yeah the downstairs of necto almost suffocated me... but we all just kind of shrugged, got over it, and got our dance on anyway

Things I didn't like... hmm... I didn't like the LC bathrooms, so much so that I don't think I can live there.

I wish there was a grocery store closer to campus.

Umm, that's it.

Also, I won't like it if my fellow lsd asw attendees don't go to michigan that will be the worst part about michigan
