How the hell do you upload an avatar pic? I've gone to the profile and tried to upload it from there but every time i click on change profile, nothing happens.

Try shrinking the pic in paint, saving it, and uploading it.  I had to massively shrink my pic to get it to fit.

Right click on the picture when you're in My Pictures and go down to 'edit.' Then in Paint, at the top should be 'image,' scroll down to stretch. I think I can only get it as big as 6% for horizontal and vertical lenght so that it uploads. Go to file and scroll to save as.

These problems should be solved as of 9/14.  You can now upload any image and it will be resized.  Let me know if you continue to experience difficulty.

For curious techies: the problem was that the GD module wasn't compiled into php on this server.  All fixed now.
