has anyone found a way to get italics on the lsac apps, e.g. for the title of a literary magazine? what about accents for resume-- are you just spelling it with no accents?

thx  :-*

Lexy, there is a way to do this through what are called macros.
You may have them already built in, and you would use a command like
ALT Q (something like that) to bring up the "special characters."

I don't know anything about Mac's, but I know you can do this at
work, and I am sure the macros are built in, you just need the
keystrokes to use (ALT Q)  Also, law offices should have all of
this on every computer.  Some will tell you that MSword has a real
easy way to do it, (which it does) but you are not working with Word,
you are working on online apps, I assume.  Ask your coleagues, I'm
sure it can easily be done, especially at a law office.  HTH (I know,
it didn't)  :P

And the sign said "Long-haired freaky people need not apply" So I tucked my hair up under my hat and I went in to ask him why. He said "You look like a fine outstanding young man, I think you'll do.  So I took off my hat, I said "Imagine that. Huh! Me workin' for you!"Sign, sign, everywhere a sign..

Just a shot in the dark, but you could try typing the italics or whatever special character in Word and then pasting it into the LSACD-web interface.

from what i have experienced so far, you can't cut and paste.  whenever i right click, the option of making the screen bigger or smaller is the only thing that comes up.

anyone else know?

Try using the keyboard shortcuts instead of right-clicking (Control + V = Paste / Control + C = Copy)

speaking of which i am always slightly paranoid when filling out my apps using the lsdas service.  one time i hit enter twice in a row and lost all of my *&^%.

and that transmit button, that is just downright scary.
