good one!

casino

have you seen the one in the montauk book?  it is like ten pages long, all good things, too.

my recommender sent me her recommendation after she sent it in.  it was good; in my opinion, very strong.  i am not going to send it out though.  i think a strong rec has to be personal, and i like the idea of comparison with others.

I'm not trying to pry or anything, but can someone give me an example of a "very strong" recommendation letter?

"Half way through the semester, I realized that Franz Ferdinand should have been teaching the class, so I stepped aside and sat with the kids"

YES YES YES.  Muy importante.
And the sign said "Long-haired freaky people need not apply" So I tucked my hair up under my hat and I went in to ask him why. He said "You look like a fine outstanding young man, I think you'll do.  So I took off my hat, I said "Imagine that. Huh! Me workin' for you!"Sign, sign, everywhere a sign..
