Why is kaplan still around? Can't someone sue them and shut them down?

Has there ever been one person who raised there score by more than 1 point from a Kaplan class? I havn't met one. Its BS how they take people's money and ruin their lives wth false promises. I mean my sister when she was 19 was a freakin Kaplan tutor in DC. Good thing she told me it was BS so I won't be wasting my time. They are on my campus every day selling their stupid class to uninformed students. This has to stop.

My score raised seven points. I think it's what you put into it. No course will ever just raise your score.
