"Covert Tactics for Getting Into the Law School of Your Choice"

Has anybody actually purchased this?  The ad for it appears often on LSN through google ads.

At $40 bucks for a PDF it's a scam, but I'd be interested to know what he claims is the "...hidden formula that a select group of prospective law students have been using for years to beat the competition and get into the law schools of their dreams..."

Covert tactics, eh?  Steal, rape, and pillage?

I bet you could probably download a version from a torrent site or something--pdf doesn't seem to be the most secure format.

"I want to expose the hidden formula that a select group of prospective law students have been using for years to beat the competition and get into the law schools of their dreams"

makes it sound like there's some secret society of people using this formula over and over again to game the system. That may work with books on Blackjack, but in admissions where generally people only go through one cycle (and if they do more it's because they FAILED the first time), it seems absurd.

It's a scam, and my guess is that it includes the same generic advice that most everywhere else does, but probably in a less readable form.

I believe pimps like this have already been discussed on LSD. Pure waste of time to pay them any attention now. Borat is out on DVD today, that could probably be a better use of time. You wont have much of it left by september.

hahaha my favorite part of the site is that it spends lots of time talking about the tactics that will get you into the school of your dreams without fail! then he tells you that you might be dreaming about the wrong school.

Oh, and the letters are kind of amusing. Like the pact one guy made with his friends to all go to the same law school. and he was worried he was "going to pull the rest down"

well eggy

Sounds like he's peddling pedestrian advice.
